A traffic accident happened at yesterday afternoon, a female motorcycle driver get hurt when she was driving at Friendship Bridge because of the road sands cause the accident happened.
At the same time of yesterday afternoon, a bus driver found out that a male passenger fall unconscious. Police suspected that the male passenger drink alcohol and lead to coma.
This two people are all send to CHCSJ hospital.

Traffic accident-motorcycle rider get serious injured.

Yesterday a serious traffic accident occur, a motorcycle and a car collided. The car’s windshield had damaged by the rider when he get bump and thrown up to windshield. Two drivers get hurt and send to hospital especially the motor driver. There are some eyewitness responds that the motorcycle did not turn on the lights when he was driving at night. Police are still investigating the cause of the accident.

There are two accidents happen in yesterday, a 26 years old girl who passed the alcohol test and give a ride for a young man in Taipa. When she was using a high speed, she cannot control her car suddenly, her car stopped by a roadside monitoring column. Fortunately, they were slightly injured only.
The other one was a car collided with a bus in Barra, there is no one get hurt.

汽車失控鏟花圃撞柱兩傷

    【本報消息】友誼橋大馬路近友誼圓形地昨日清晨發生交通意外，一輛私家車疑高速失控，鏟上路中花圃並撞歪一條裝有道路監測系統的鐵柱，私家車嚴重損毀，幸車上一對男女僅輕傷，經治療後已出院。意外真正起因待查。

    昨日清晨五時許，廿六歲吳姓女子駕駛私家車搭載一名男乘客，沿友誼大橋澳門引橋往友誼橋大馬路方向行駛，接近友誼圓形地時疑高速失控，鏟上路中花圃，猛撼花圃上一條裝有道路監測系統的鐵柱始停下。私家車車頭凹陷及漏油，鐵柱則被撞歪。治安警接報到場時，車上一對男女已自行走出車外，僅受輕傷，由救護車送院治理。消防清理現場，以及用繩索將鐵柱穩住，以防其倒下，私家車最後由吊車拖走。經酒精測試，證實吳女體內酒精含量沒有超標。

    另外，昨日上午十一時四十五分許，河邊新街往媽閣方向近行人天橋位置，一輛私家車與巴士發生碰撞，私家車車尾撞至變形，擋風玻璃碎裂，碎片遍地，有人見狀報警。治安警及消防分別到場，為避免影響交通，警員要求兩肇事車輛駛至安全地方調查，意外中無人受傷，起因待查。

澳門交通條例 Macao Traffic Law

公共道路使用者不得作出任何可阻礙交通、影響其他使用者的安全或對其他使用者造成不便的行為。
The Public road users shall not be made of any obstruction to traffic, affect the safety of other users or cause inconvenience to other users.

指揮交通的人員的命令優於交通信號的規定及交通規則
The command of personnel who directing traffic is superior to the provisions of the traffic signals and traffic rules. 

交通信號的規定按下列次序由高至低排列等級：
（一）臨時放置且用於變更道路的正常使用規則的交通信號；
（二）交通燈；
（三）垂直標誌；
（四）路面標記。
The provisions of the traffic signal level in descending order according to the following order:
(A) Temporary placement and the road traffic signals which is to change the normal use of the rules;
(B) The traffic lights;
(C) Vertical flag;
(D) Road markings.

禁止駕駛員於駕駛時使用流動電話，但利用免提功能通話除外。違反規定者，將會罰款澳門幣600元。
Prohibit driver use of mobile phones while driving, but the use of hands-free function call except. Violators will be fine MOP 600.

駕駛員於開始行車或重新起步前，必須預先示意及採取預防意外所需的措施。違反上款規定者，將會罰款澳門幣600元。

The driver intends deceleration, parking, stopping, or carrying out any operation of the vehicle sway, especially turning, changing lanes, overtaking or U-turn, should advance to the corresponding signal to other road users a clear hint. Signal operation should be continued, and stopped immediately after the completion of the operation. Violators will be fine MOP 600.

車輛必須遵守補充法規訂定的一般最高車速限制，但亦須遵守因應交通狀況而以適當信號另訂的最高或最低車速限制。如駕駛員超過最高車速限制，視為超速。
The vehicle must comply with the supplementary regulations set the general maximum speed limit, but also be subject to an appropriate signal in response to traffic conditions separate maximum or minimum speed limit. The driver to exceed the maximum speed limit, regarded as speeding.

儘管訂有最高車速限制，駕駛員接近下列地點時尤應減慢車速：

（四）人群聚集處；
（五）彎角、十字形交叉路口、T字形交叉路口、圓形地、駝峰路及其他能見度不足的地點；

（七）以危險信號標明的地點。
違反規定者，將會罰款澳門幣900元。
Even though has a maximum speed limit, the driver close to the following locations in particular slowed down:
(A) marked on the roadway for pedestrians crossing the channel;
(B) an appropriate signal indicated schools, hospitals, nurseries and similar establishments;
(C) the narrow roads or curbs as building roads;
(D) at the crowd;
(E) the corners, cross-shaped intersection, T-shaped intersection, round hump Road and other lack of visibility locations;
(F) the slope downhill section;
(G) a dangerous signal to indicate the location.
Violators will be fine MOP 900.

行車速度不應緩慢至無理阻礙其他道路使用者或違反規定的最低車速限制。違反規定者，將會罰款澳門幣300元。
The driving speed should not be slow to unreasonably obstruct other road users or in violation of the provisions of the minimum speed limit.

規範頭盔安全性的規章完成草擬，交通事務局透露，將從明確何謂標準頭盔和宣導駕駛者使用方面着手，促使電單車駕駛者使用合格頭盔。法例規定頭盔規章正式生效後，駕駛者有責任選用合標準的頭盔，否則可被罰款。交通局正就規章諮詢交諮委和業界的意見，預計年內頒佈。
Helmet regulations enacted during the year

Because the number of vehicles in Macau is increasing, the government has designed some transport policy to manage the private vehicles. The policy will be expected to practice in the second quarter of this year. It will adjust the purchase of vehicles and use taxes to collect the public views of the community. And, the government also puts some resources to build a number of public parking and offer 5,300 parking spaces in the Macau. It is convenient for all drivers.

澳門相關交通法例 Macao traffic laws:

任何人在道路上駕駛機動車必須符合“道路交通法”及其附屬規例的安全規定，並須對有關條文的罪行提出檢控。以下是一些主要規定：

Any person who drives a motor vehicle on the roads must comply with the safety provisions of the Road Traffic Law and its subsidiary regulations and is liable to prosecution for offenses against such provisions.

不能開車時不小心或罔顧後果
Must not drive carelessly or recklessly.

酒精或藥物的影響下，不能開車。
Must not drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs

無有效駕駛執照時, 一定不能駕駛
Must not drive without a valid driving license.

必須不超過規定時速駕駛。
Must not drive in excess of specified speed limit.

不得違反交通標誌及道路標記。
Must not violate traffic signs and road markings.

必須佩戴安全帶。
Must wear seat belts.

所有在道路上行驶的车辆必须是：
All vehicles driven on the road must be:

正确的登记及领牌
Properly registered and licensed.

在符合法律规定的建设和维护
In compliance with the legal requirements in construction and maintenance, and
Parking:

停车：
车辆应停放在批准的区域。违例者可被处以罚款。
Vehicles should be parked in approved areas only. Offenders may also be subject to fines.

行人安全

行人应使用指定的行人天桥，而不是在高速公路上行走。在高速公路上,不允许骑自行车，玩滚轴溜冰和玩滑板,强烈建议不要在行人天桥進行以上的活動，这样的活动可能会影响行人的安全通道。

Pedestrian Safety
All pedestrians should use designated pedestrian walkways for access and egress, instead of walking on the motorways. Bicycling, roller-skating and skate-boarding are not permitted on motorways; and strongly discouraged on pedestrian walkways, and areas where such activities may affect safe passage of pedestrians.

下午2時，一輛澳巴2A路線五洲龍中巴於水坑尾公共行政大樓站附近壞車，引至附近交通嚴重受阻。

Around 2 pm, a TCM Wuzhoulong 9 meters bus which operated on route 2A was broken down at Rua do Campo near Public Administration Building. The traffic was affected seriously.
