澳門交通條例 Macao Traffic Law

公共道路使用者不得作出任何可阻礙交通、影響其他使用者的安全或對其他使用者造成不便的行為。
The Public road users shall not be made of any obstruction to traffic, affect the safety of other users or cause inconvenience to other users.

指揮交通的人員的命令優於交通信號的規定及交通規則
The command of personnel who directing traffic is superior to the provisions of the traffic signals and traffic rules. 

交通信號的規定按下列次序由高至低排列等級：
（一）臨時放置且用於變更道路的正常使用規則的交通信號；
（二）交通燈；
（三）垂直標誌；
（四）路面標記。
The provisions of the traffic signal level in descending order according to the following order:
(A) Temporary placement and the road traffic signals which is to change the normal use of the rules;
(B) The traffic lights;

(D) Road markings.

禁止駕駛員於駕駛時使用流動電話，但利用免提功能通話除外。違反規定者，將會罰款澳門幣600元。

駕駛員於開始行車或重新起步前，必須預先示意及採取預防意外所需的措施。違反上款規定者，將會罰款澳門幣600元。

駕駛員擬減速、停車、泊車或進行任何使車輛側移的操作，尤其是轉向、轉線、超車或掉頭，應預先以相應信號向其他道路使用者清楚示意。信號於操作過程中應當持續，並於完成操作後立即停止。違反規定者，將會罰款澳門幣600元。
The driver intends deceleration, parking, stopping, or carrying out any operation of the vehicle sway, especially turning, changing lanes, overtaking or U-turn, should advance to the corresponding signal to other road users a clear hint. 車輛必須遵守補充法規訂定的一般最高車速限制，但亦須遵守因應交通狀況而以適當信號另訂的最高或最低車速限制。如駕駛員超過最高車速限制，視為超速。

違反規定者，將會罰款澳門幣900元。
Even though has a maximum speed limit, the driver close to the following locations in particular slowed down:
(A) marked on the roadway for pedestrians crossing the channel;
(B) an appropriate signal indicated schools, hospitals, nurseries and similar establishments;
(C) the narrow roads or curbs as building roads;
(D) at the crowd;
(E) the corners, cross-shaped intersection, T-shaped intersection, round hump Road and other lack of visibility locations;
(F) the slope downhill section;
(G) a dangerous signal to indicate the location.
Violators will be fine MOP 900.

行車速度不應緩慢至無理阻礙其他道路使用者或違反規定的最低車速限制。違反規定者，將會罰款澳門幣300元。
The driving speed should not be slow to unreasonably obstruct other road users or in violation of the provisions of the minimum speed limit.
