規範頭盔安全性的規章完成草擬，交通事務局透露，將從明確何謂標準頭盔和宣導駕駛者使用方面着手，促使電單車駕駛者使用合格頭盔。法例規定頭盔規章正式生效後，駕駛者有責任選用合標準的頭盔，否則可被罰款。交通局正就規章諮詢交諮委和業界的意見，預計年內頒佈。
